1. 基本方針

MindMapToDo（以下「本アプリ」）は、ユーザーの思考整理データを安全に保存・同期することを目的としたアプリです。 本ポリシーでは、本アプリが取り扱う情報と利用目的を説明します。

2. 取得する情報

1. 認証情報（Apple / Google ログイン、ゲスト利用時の Firebase Authentication UID、メールアドレス等）
2. ユーザー作成コンテンツ（マインドマップ本文、ノード構造、フォルダ名、チェック状態、更新日時等）
3. 技術情報（端末情報、ブラウザ情報、エラーログ）
4. 購読情報（商品ID、購読状態、有効期限、取引を確認するための識別情報等。支払カード番号は本アプリで取得しません）

3. 利用目的

1. マインドマップの保存と復元
2. 複数端末間での同期
3. 不具合調査と品質改善
4. セキュリティ確保と不正利用防止
5. 購読状態の確認と有料機能の提供

4. 保存先と保存期間

1. ローカル保存: 端末内 IndexedDB
2. クラウド保存: Firebase Firestore（ログイン時）
3. 保存期間: 原則としてユーザーが削除するまで。セキュリティ・障害対応用ログは各サービスの保持期間に従います

5. 委託先・第三者サービス・国外処理

法令に基づく場合を除き、ユーザー情報を販売しません。本アプリは、認証・保存・FunctionsにGoogle Firebase、 iOSの決済にApple App Store、購読状態の連携にRevenueCatを利用します。これらの提供者はサービス提供に必要な範囲で 日本、米国その他の国・地域において情報を処理する場合があります。

6. ユーザーの選択肢

1. ゲスト利用を選択できます。
2. アプリ内操作でマップを削除できます。
3. ログイン中はアプリ内からアカウント削除を開始できます。
4. ログアウトにより認証セッションを終了できます。
5. 適用法令の範囲で、保存情報へのアクセス、訂正、削除等を求めることができます。

7. セキュリティ

通信の暗号化、認証、アクセス制御、App Check等の合理的な対策を講じます。ただし、インターネット上の処理について 完全な安全性を保証するものではありません。認証情報やマップ本文を問い合わせへ記載しないでください。

8. お問い合わせと権利行使

本ポリシーに関する問い合わせや権利行使の依頼は、 サポートページ の公開連絡先 daisuke.sakurada.business@gmail.com で受け付けています。 問い合わせ内容は対応と本人確認に必要な範囲で利用します。

1. Overview

MindMapToDo (the “App”) helps you create, store, and sync mind maps. This policy explains what information the App handles, why it is used, and the choices available to you.

2. Information we handle

1. Authentication information, such as Apple or Google sign-in details, Firebase Authentication UID, and email address where provided
2. Content you create, including mind map text, node structure, folder names, completion state, and timestamps
3. Technical information, such as device and browser information and error logs
4. Subscription information, such as product ID, status, expiration, and transaction-related identifiers used to verify access. The App does not collect your payment-card number

3. How we use information

1. Store and restore mind maps
2. Sync data across your devices
3. Investigate errors and improve reliability
4. Protect the App and prevent abuse
5. Verify subscriptions and provide paid features

4. Storage and retention

1. Local storage: IndexedDB on your device
2. Cloud storage: Firebase Firestore when you sign in
3. Retention: generally until you delete the content or account. Security and operational logs follow the applicable service provider’s retention period

5. Service providers and international processing

We do not sell your personal information. The App uses Google Firebase for authentication, storage, and cloud functions; Apple App Store for iOS payments; and RevenueCat for subscription status. These providers may process information in Japan, the United States, and other countries or regions as needed to provide their services.

6. Your choices

1. You can use guest access.
2. You can delete maps in the App.
3. When signed in, you can start account deletion in the App.
4. You can sign out to end the authentication session.
5. Where applicable, you may request access, correction, or deletion of information associated with your account.

7. Security

We use reasonable measures such as encrypted transport, authentication, access controls, and App Check. No internet-based service can guarantee complete security. Do not include credentials or mind map content in a support request.
